# Framework Overview

The V.E.N.K.A.T Framework defines six architectural layers required for enterprise-scale Agentic AI.

## V - Verified Data

AI systems need trusted, validated, observable, and governed data before they can make or recommend decisions.

## E - Event-Driven Architecture

Agentic AI requires real-time signals instead of delayed batch updates.

## N - Native Spatial Intelligence

Location, proximity, movement, and geographic constraints are first-class enterprise context.

## K - Knowledge Graphs

Knowledge graphs connect business entities, assets, customers, locations, events, policies, and dependencies.

## A - AI Orchestration

AI orchestration coordinates models, agents, workflows, APIs, systems, and human-in-the-loop controls.

## T - Trust & Governance

Responsible autonomy requires auditability, security, policy enforcement, compliance, explainability, and human oversight.

## Operating Model

The framework enables:

**Signal -> Context -> Reasoning -> Action -> Feedback**

## Architecture Gap

The framework reframes the enterprise AI gap as an architecture gap. Traditional platforms were optimized for dashboards and human interpretation; agentic systems need trusted signals, contextual understanding, governed reasoning, orchestrated action, and feedback loops.
